Finnish invention, the Kehoäly® Body Intelligence® Method.
Kehoäly is a Finnish intangible invention. Kehoäly, or Body Intelligence, is a holistic, embodied approach to health and self-care that enhances body–mind communication to support self-healing and well-being. It translates kinesthetic and energetic relationships into practical training that can be taught, learned, and applied across people and contexts. The practice of Kehoäly is very gentle, pleasant, and yet clearly physical.
In beginner mode, it presents hundreds of micro-exercises and conscious self-care practices within a clear pedagogical framework. Advanced practitioners learn how to combine the many micro-exercises effectively. The method uniquely integrates trauma processing, nervous system strengthening, and self-regulation techniques.
Physiologically, Kehoäly centers on the brain, helping people develop resilience and adapt to change, harness neuroplasticity, learn new skills, cope with challenges, and recover from injuries. Regular Kehoäly practice can improve sleep quality and the body’s capacity to rest and recover.
Kehoäly; the connection between body and mind and a peaceful relationship.
Humans possess a psychophysiological holistic process that operates in two directions, and it has, from the standpoint of Western science, a clearly and strongly noticeable influence on maintaining one’s vitality and staying healthy. Mental health affects a person’s physical stamina, and a person’s physical health affects their mental stamina. According to the thinking of Body Intelligence, the strength of resilience, creativity, overall well-being, and cognitive skills is directly linked to the level and quality of communication between body and mind.
The Kehoäly® Body Intelligence® Method centers on a primary idea that, at the psychological level and especially during Kehoäly’s physical training, emphasizes a peaceful relationship with one’s body, and a gentle and compassionate attitude toward both the body and the practitioner’s own mental processes. Kehoäly’s training methods bring this emphasis out prominently.
The body's ability to heal itself.
Body Intelligence training enhances the body's ability to stay healthy and to heal itself, including improved immunity. The psychology of the Kehoäly Body Intelligence Method forms an integral part of advanced Body Intelligence training and promotes the capacity for self-healing.
Mindset of Body Intelligence. The psychology of Kehoäly, its philosophy, sociocultural background and relation to spirituality and mentality (In Finland ”henkisyys”).
The psychology of Body Intelligence invites us to think and act in ways that nurture both physical health and inner vitality. By asking, “Does adopting this idea bring me well-being?” we can reach the core of Body Intelligence. A central premise is that personal well-being is inseparable from the well-being of others, so our thoughts should be formed from a foundation that also honors the welfare of all. When possible, our own good and the good of others align, and that harmony is the aim. This psychology also includes the idea that taking care of our own physical health benefits others as well, radiating outward in a shared field of vitality.
Influences from the psychology of Body Intelligence can be found in the science of positive psychology, in the Stoic skills for strengthening life management, and, among others, in Viktor Frankl's thinking. Nonviolent Communication (NVC), developed by Marshall B. Rosenberg, has influenced the psychology of Body Intelligence. The essential idea is to respect the body and mind and to care for vitality through active, regular practice of Body Intelligence.
The psychology and philosophy of Body Intelligence are rooted in the worldview of the Western modern individual, and one could say that Body Intelligence is a product of Western positive psychology. From a sociocultural perspective, Kehoäly Body Intelligence is grounded in Finnish and Nordic conceptions of health and the individual's role within their community and society.
In Body Intelligence, spirituality is separate from religion, but it includes the idea of human goodness, which is supported by scientific evidence, including positive psychology. From a scientific and spiritual perspective, the goal of practicing Body Intelligence is to produce noological and promote mental well-being and to deepen the meaning of life. In some religions or belief systems, the concept of original sin and the idea that humans are inherently sinful, or that life is inherently suffering, go against the concept of psychology of Body Intelligence.
In the Kehoäly Body Intelligence tradition, people believe that negative beliefs are worth shedding consciously, as they weaken both physical and mental health. With this understanding, one can begin to see roughly what a non-religious, hopeful form of spirituality might look like within the practice of Body Intelligence. This hopeful mindset is made concrete through the Body Intelligence method exercises.
The psychology of Kehoäly Body Intelligence also includes the study and exploration of the course of life. A person’s life trajectory can be understood to some extent, and their future can be predicted in a limited way. With this knowledge, it is possible to influence the psychophysical health prognosis of a person practicing Body Intelligence, guiding it toward the best possible direction. At the same time, the practitioner’s self-awareness increases, and their self-confidence and vitality are strengthened
Biographical individual understanding (the practical application of so-called life-span psychology) helps the practitioner of Kehoäly Body Intelligence to identify possible physical and psychological challenges that they have become aware of through their training in Body Intelligence. This knowledge and skill are actively applied in Body Intelligence practice and training.
Biohacking approaches.
Youthfulness, rejuvenating treatment, anti-aging therapy, health and
well-being.

One purpose of practicing the Kehoäly® Body Intelligence® Method is to keep a person energetic and youthful, to slow down aging, and to support the natural aging process in a way that allows the individual to enjoy a meaningful old age in as healthy and vital a state as possible. Regular Body Intelligence practice also strengthens immunity and resilience.
In practice, all exercises in the Kehoäly® Body Intelligence® Method contribute to maintaining cellular vitality and keeping the muscles, tendons, and joints mobile, flexible, myoplastic, elastic, and resilient. They also preserve cognitive abilities and support nervous system functions, promote healthy blood circulation, sustain bone health, and ensure that the brain remains plastic and functioning optimally. Individuals in middle age or seniority who practice this method often exhibit a youthful demeanor and quick wit in both demeanor and thought, radiating vitality and health. Their capacity to navigate the world and adapt to its constant changes reaches an exemplary level.
A modern, innovative, boundary-crossing approach to Western medicine.
The Kehoäly® Body Intelligence® Method constitutes a contemporary element of Western medicine, aiming to address the challenges arising from the longstanding division and specialisation within the healthcare system. This division often segregates somatic and psychiatric disciplines, which can adversely affect public health outcomes. Incorporating regular practice of the Kehoäly® Body Intelligence® Method into treatment protocols can help mitigate the detrimental effects of over-medicalisation, ensuring it becomes an integral component of evidence-based care.
The Kehoäly® Body Intelligence® Method introduces a novel, intelligent, and efficacious paradigm within medical practice. By recognising the existence of the body's innate intelligence, the approach endeavours to strengthen public health initiatives and guide medicine in a positive direction. Its goal is to foster the constructive development of Western medicine through the integration of an open-minded perspective, acknowledging that healthcare benefits from a holistic approach. Such an approach considers the individual as an interconnected whole—socially, culturally, psychologically, and biologically—where mind and body are inextricably linked in influencing overall well-being.
Kehoäly® can be safely utilised alongside other Western medical treatments. The exercises associated with the Kehoäly® Body Intelligence® Method are typically straightforward and safe to incorporate into various medical care settings, including acute treatment scenarios and efforts to expedite recovery in patients. When performed correctly, Kehoäly® Body Intelligence® exercises are generally safe and gentle, with minimal contraindications or precautions.
Background of the Kehoäly® Body Intelligence® Method.
Tapio Sippoin publicly taught the health exercises he had developed for the first time in 1983, when he instructed a movement series—now known as Vital Form™—as a health-promoting warm-up exercise for judokas (JTPS Judo Ässät ry) and aikido practitioners (Campusdo ry, the aikido club of students at the University of Jyväskylä). The Kehoäly® Body Intelligence® Method uses an approach called Creatio Aeterna™, according to which the exercises of Kehoäly are constantly being developed and improved. Thus, since 1983, the Kehoäly® Body Intelligence® Method has continued to evolve, incorporating many additional exercises that strengthen health in various ways.
However, Vital Form™ remains the most important foundational and beginner exercise in Kehoäly practice. It serves as an excellent and highly meaningful warm-up before performing more advanced Kehoäly exercises. Vital Form™ is known in Finnish as Elävöittävä liikesarja™ (“Revitalizing Movement Series”). For many who wish to gain optimal health benefits from Kehoäly practice, daily performance of the Vital Form™ exercise within regular everyday training is sufficient. Vital Form™ is highly adaptable; once a practitioner of Kehoäly has learned the movement series, it takes about 15 to 40 minutes a day to perform, depending on the variation.
Advanced training involves much more than simply performing the Vital Form™ movement series. Kehoäly® Body Intelligence® is a skill that almost anyone can learn through regular and active practice. Consistent and ongoing study of Kehoäly is worthwhile, as diligent and persistent practice produces wonderful results in terms of quality and meaningfulness of life. Once you have become acquainted with the basics of Kehoäly and have reasonably well adopted its methods and the right training attitude, it is beneficial to expand and deepen your skills into the more advanced Kehoäly Body Intelligence practice. In this stage, it becomes easy to select a different exercise set for each day of the week, and this variation in training also provides the brain with clear health benefits through enhanced plasticity and versatility.

A master’s thesis at the University of Helsinki on Tapio Sippoin and the Body Intelligence health exercises he developed.
Science and academic interest strengthen the method’s credibility, notably through a 2008 master’s thesis at the University of Helsinki’s Department of Folkloristics examining Tapio Sippoin’s role in developing Kehoäly practice and advancing the method’s significance. This scholarly attention underscores the impact of both Sippoin and Body Intelligence within Finnish academic and professional discourse.
Three books by Tapio Sippoin on Body Intelligence training.
Tapio Sippoin has written three Finnish-language non-fiction books related to Body Intelligence training, health, and work ability. In 2008, the book "Elävöittävä liikesarja" was published with ISBN 978-952-5534-84-9, in 2016 "Kehoälyn salaisuudet, kehoetiikan ja Kehoälyn käsikirja" was published with ISBN 978-952-67972-6-7, and in 2017 "Terveysmeditaation harjoitus- ja tietokirja" was published with ISBN 978-952-67972-9-8. Throughout the years, all three books have been reprinted once. The first book "Elävöittävä liikesarja" has been sold out since 2009, and "Kehoälyn salaisuudet, kehoetiikan ja Kehoälyn käsikirja" has been sold out since 2017.
Body Intelligence: Practice, Principles, Values, and Attitudes
The Kehoäly® Body Intelligence® Method encompasses fundamental values that are realised through physical integrity and psychophysical balance. The training emphasises practical, evidence-based methods of action. Among the most prominent and widely recognised principles of Kehoäly® Body Intelligence® are the Principles of Gentle Practice, the Slow Pace Principle, and the Principle of Regular Practice. Further details regarding these principles can be found in the associated texts and in the body of work authored by Tapio Sippoin on The Kehoäly® Body Intelligence® Method.
Tapio Sippoin frequently asserts: "Functionality is the measure of truth." The pedagogical philosophy underpinning Body Intelligence practice posits that: "An individual's past rarely constrains the opportunities available in their future; in essence, when a person desires change, numerous positive and diverse possibilities lie ahead." This outlook fosters healthy self-esteem and embodies the core principles, values, psychology, and philosophy of Body Intelligence.
The Body Intelligence® principles and practices focus on maintaining heightened bodily awareness, fostering resilience, and enabling individuals to present as healthy and vital in the world—joyful and content. It encourages a positive perception of youthfulness, imbuing life with meaning and significance. Regular engagement with Body Intelligence not only sustains but also enhances creativity, calms and balances the mind, and significantly alleviates unnecessary stress.
Consistent practice of Body Intelligence is essential, as it cultivates tangible creativity, augments problem-solving capacity, and deepens one’s understanding of life in relation to one’s age. These capacities are further reinforced through active engagement with the psychology underlying Body Intelligence.
Thanks to Body
Intelligence training, negative beliefs concerning health—often
manifesting as negatively charged neural connections within the
body—gradually diminish as consciously constructed positive neural
pathways replace them. These pathways may also be described as
beneficial beliefs or successful problem-solving strategies.
Concurrently, the physical nervous system is strengthened through
targeted exercises such as NSB Form™ and Vital Form™, which serve
to reinforce neural resilience and overall nervous system health.

The Three Pillars and Five Capacities of Body Intelligence: Their Philosophy and Psychology.
The Kehoäly® Body Intelligence® Method encompasses the idea of human capability beyond the physical. The term “noological” is used in the context of Body Intelligence to refer to this deeper thinking, awareness, and potential for mental and spiritual skillfulness. Neurologist and psychiatrist Viktor Frankl has used the concept of “noological,” and it has been adopted for use in the Kehoäly® Body Intelligence® health practices.
The Kehoäly® Body Intelligence® Method is a modern form of Western medicine that combines physical health exercise with applied Western psychology and philosophy. Kehoäly® Body Intelligence® is a non-religious health method that consciously incorporates a belief in human potential for the noological, a broader aspect of life beyond the mundane.
The Three Pillars
Body Intelligence is built on three metaphorical pillars. They are the pillar of Body Intelligence psychology (the left pillar), the pillar of Body Intelligence physical training (the central pillar), and the pillar of Body Intelligence philosophy (the right pillar). Among these, the most important is the central one, which is the pillar of Body Intelligence physical training. It encompasses physical reality, human noological potential, the balance and beauty of life, and the ability to use creativity and knowledge. Through these, the possibility to expand physical life into the noological opens up.
According to the reality of Body Intelligence, it is clear that only through physical training does a person have a true opportunity to attain the noological dimension, as it only unfolds through concrete action. Since a person is a holistic psychophysical being, achieving the noological dimension also requires physical intervention.
Metaphorically, the left pillar represents the pillar of Body Intelligence psychology, which encompasses the ability to relate to oneself and one’s life with love, grace, and wisdom. Conversely, the right pillar symbolizes the pillar of Body Intelligence philosophy, which includes the capacity to treat oneself and engage with one’s life with honesty, understanding, and a sense of justice. For instance, the approach of Body Intelligence Gentle Training is articulated through the left pillar, highlighting the importance of genuine self-love, while the approach of Body Intelligence Regular Training is expressed through the right pillar, emphasizing the significance of healthy lifestyles and routines for a person’s well-being. Together, these pillars illustrate the essential balance between compassionate self-awareness and the adoption of positive life habits.
The Five Capacities of Body Intelligence
These three pillars of life and Body Intelligence work together and draw their strength from the five abilities of Body Intelligence. Additionally, all Body Intelligence training principles and habbits (Principles of Body Intelligence) are based on these five abilities and skills. Four of the Body Intelligence abilities can also be considered as separate, independent skills, while the fifth ability integrates these four to function seamlessly and harmoniously together.
The five abilities of Body Intelligence are:
One: The ability to generate good in this world.
Two: The ability to enjoy life.
Three: The ability to act ethically and responsibly.
Four: The ability to adapt to change.
Five: The ability to integrate the four aforementioned abilities of Body Intelligence. This means that an individual (a practitioner of Body Intelligence) has the capacity to generate good in this world and enjoy life while being able to act ethically and adapt to change, all of which occurs in a harmonious and cohesive manner.
In terms of Body Intelligence training, engaging in Body Intelligence exercises allows practitioners to generate good in the world through their health and mental resources. While practicing Body Intelligence, they find joy in life, as regular practice brings pleasure and fulfillment. This training is ethically high-quality activity for both the body and mind, where both are treated with respect and consideration. Furthermore, regular practice fosters strong resilience and significantly enhances the meaning of life, helping individuals adapt to changes that occur in their lives, bodies, and minds. The primary goal of Body Intelligence training is to integrate these four abilities of Body Intelligence, ultimately achieving the fifth ability. This holistic approach ensures that practitioners not only improve their well-being but also contribute positively to the world around them.
The Five Abilities and Capacities of Body Intelligence in a sociocultural context.
Regular practice of Body Intelligence helps the practitioner become a better person—one who is at peace and harmonious with themselves while striving to operate at the highest ethical level in a harmonious relationship with society and others. This is manifested concretely in several key abilities as called as The five abilities of Body Intelligence in a sociocultural context:
Ability one. Firstly, it entails the ability to generate good in the world, such as by performing ethically high-quality work that benefits both oneself and others.
Ability Two. Secondly, it encompasses the ability to enjoy life in a manner that increases well-being for oneself and others, especially in the long term. Poor lifestyle choices do not contribute to the pleasures of life within the context of Body Intelligence.
Ability Three. Thirdly, it involves the capacity to act ethically and correctly, reflecting a personal and communal high ethical standard that each individual must choose for themselves while actively listening to their conscience. Individuals are accountable for their choices and actions.
Ability Four. Fourthly, it includes the ability to adapt to change. In everyday life, this means having the capacity and desire to adjust to shifts in life and society in a way that simultaneously strengthens and nourishes both one’s own well-being and that of the community.
Ability Five, the meta ability. Lastly, it is crucial to integrate the aforementioned four abilities of Body Intelligence. Through this holistic approach, practitioners not only enhance their personal well-being but also foster stronger and more harmonious connections with the world around them.
The Body Intelligence Triangle: natural vitality, physiotherapeutic self-care, and psychotherapeutic bodywork.
Practical Principles of
the Kehoäly® Body Intelligence® Method
The Kehoäly® Body
Intelligence® Method is rooted in health-promoting practices
throughout its training regimen. Adhering consistently to these
principles is imperative for effective engagement in Kehoäly
exercises. It is important to note that if exercises within the
Kehoäly® Body Intelligence® Method are conducted
superficially—without adhering to its specific methodologies—they
lose their authenticity and degenerate into mere physical activity or
alternative exercise forms. The substantial health benefits provided
by the Kehoäly® Body Intelligence® Method can be realised solely
through rigorous compliance with its foundational principles.
The most widely
recognised and fundamental principles (or practices) of Kehoäly,
collectively known as the Principles of the Kehoäly Method, are as
follows:
Creatio Aeterna – The Internal Quality Assurance
of Kehoäly
This principle signifies a continuous process of
development and improvement. It embodies a mindset of ongoing growth
and refinement in both practice and understanding.
Gentle
Practice
Gentle stimulation of the body involves abundant
compassion and kindness towards oneself. Exercises or movements
should be performed only to the extent that they genuinely feel good.
They are executed as softly, smoothly, and relaxedly as possible,
maintaining appropriate lightness throughout.
The Principle
of Slow and Steady Progress (Including Regular Practice)
It is
understood that bodily changes occur most effectively when they
happen gradually, ensuring that health improvements are sustainable
and long-lasting. Slow, deliberate change—whether in habits,
behaviour, mind, or body—supports optimal health outcomes. This
requires regular, consistent, and gentle practice. A pause in
training due to laziness or procrastination is not considered "slow
progress."
Consistent, Ongoing Practice
"We
are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a
habit."
— Aristotle
Kehoetiikka – The Ethical
Approach to the Body
The goal is to treat and care for the
body in an ethical and respectful manner. This approach supports
life, health, and the experience of well-being in the best possible
way. Both the mind and body are given the respect, attention, rest,
and high-quality nourishment they deserve.
Joyful Mind and
Relaxed Body
While practising Kehoäly, the goal is to
maintain a positive attitude throughout. Exercises should be
performed with active relaxation, maintaining mindful awareness of
the interdependence between a joyful mind and a relaxed body. This
awareness should be carried into daily life to further enhance
vitality and health.
Enjoyable Practice
Kehoäly
exercises should lead to a sense of well-being and vitality. Practice
should only occur when you are able to consciously recall and
appreciate the positive effects and enjoyment derived from it.
Ultimately, everyone seeks health and vitality, and this can be
genuinely attained through self-respect and self-love. Authentic
self-respecting practice of Kehoäly is inherently
enjoyable.
Helping and Compassionate Approach
Only
those who genuinely wish to help themselves are psychologically
prepared (noologically) to help others. The most important form of
help is self-help. Once this foundation is established, it is
essential and ethically valuable to support others in helping
themselves. Expressions of compassion should aim to encourage those
in need to assist themselves, enhance their sense of purpose, and
motivate them to actively seek positive solutions to their
challenges. Kehoäly exercises provide precise tools to expedite the
resolution of problems.
Be aware: One ailment, a hundred
causes. A hundred ailments, one cause.
This principle
recognises the manifold causes behind health challenges. Every
individual is unique, and each mental or physical health issue has
its own specific underlying cause. The illness or imbalance is a
reflection of this root cause. This should be taken into account,
even during independent practice when we act as our own guides. The
aim is to identify, understand, and if necessary, eliminate the
individual cause of the imbalance or ailment—its true origin. In
this process, we strictly follow the principles of Slow and Steady
Progress and Gentle Practice, ensuring the effective and sustainable
removal of the core issue.
The Principle of Reinforcing
Positive Qualities
It is beneficial to focus on strengthening
one's good qualities. Positive traits should be nurtured, while less
desirable ones are given less attention, as they will naturally make
themselves known. You can discover almost all the positive qualities
you wish to cultivate within yourself.
Using a Life-Story
Approach to Support Psychophysical Health
People and the world
are in a constant state of change. Some change is beneficial, and
some is less so. Ideally, a person should continuously move in a
positive direction. To support this process, it is advisable to
actively and regularly engage in Kehoäly exercises. A person’s
life course can be understood to a certain extent, and their future
can be predicted with limited certainty. With this knowledge, it is
possible to influence the future psychophysical health trajectory of
a Kehoäly practitioner, guiding it towards the best possible
outcome. Furthermore, the practitioner’s self-awareness,
self-confidence, and vitality are strengthened. An individualised,
life-course perspective (practical application of life-span
psychology) helps practitioners identify potential physical and
psychological challenges they become aware of through Kehoäly
practice. This knowledge is actively applied during practice and
becomes an integral part of other Kehoäly methods.
The
Principle of Nourishment
Food nourishes the body. Its role is
to sustain and enhance your vitality. Eat food that supports the
maintenance of your health in the best possible way. Give thanks and
blessings for your nourishment. Food is literally meant to feed and
nurture the body. What we consume has a significant impact, either
strengthening or weakening our vitality as it passes through the
digestive system. Kehoäly practitioners are advised to choose
wholesome, pure, and energising foods and drinks.
In this
context, the Yunnan herbalist Dr. Ho eloquently describes a lifestyle
suited to Kehoäly practitioners in the following poem:
Happiness
is the Best Medicine.
Have no cigarettes, have no wine.
Eat
simple food and live simply.
But most of all, be happy.
— Dr.
Ho
It is also worth noting that a sober lifestyle aligns with
the benefits of healthy eating, mental strength, genuine joy in life,
and true success. Diet influences the mind both directly and
indirectly, just as sobriety does. Sobriety is an excellent choice,
especially when facing life’s challenges.

FreeFlow™,
strengthening the nervous system and relaxation training.
(The FreeFlow™ training. Here is a link to a related blog post.)
The Kehoäly® Body Intelligence® Method encompasses three fundamental dimensions that seamlessly integrate to form a cohesive framework for advanced practitioners of Kehoäly® Body Intelligence®. These dimensions consist of strengthening the nervous system, active and deep relaxation, and FreeFlow™ training. An accessible introductory exercise for enhancing the nervous system is the Nervous System Balancing Form, or NSB Form™, which can be performed even by individuals in a state of neurological recovery. The relaxation aspect of the Kehoäly® Body Intelligence® Method is divided into two areas: active relaxation and deep relaxation. Complementing these, the third fundamental dimension is the practice of FreeFlow™ training.
Human vitality is visibly and tangibly expressed in the physical body and its presence. Kehoäly’s FreeFlow™ training is a fun and relaxed way for adults to achieve a vital body and mind. Due to its lightness, FreeFlow™ training emphasizes the gentleness, humor, ease, and joy of Kehoäly.
The aforementioned points are common knowledge most people take for granted about their own and others’ vitality. Beyond this, there is another form of vitality that requires deeper understanding and experience to perceive—the body’s electricity and its electromagnetic vitality. In the Kehoäly® Body Intelligence® method, this type of vitality is strengthened through specialized training known as FreeFlow™.
Western science remains limited in measuring the human body’s electrical activity and its impact on health, vitality, cognitive abilities, or consciousness. However, we know that inside and outside our cells exist charged particles called ions, separated by a cell membrane containing ion channels. When an ion channel opens, ions flow into the cell, generating an electrical current. This electrical oscillation produces energy at the cellular level, approximately 100 millivolts. To put this in perspective: our cells’ electrical charge is over a thousand times greater than the wiring in our homes. Humans are highly electrical beings, even if we don’t typically recognize or perceive it.
Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) plays a significant role in cellular energy production and is often mentioned by athletes in relation to recovery. ATP is essentially the body’s electricity and its recharging at the cellular level. This process is relevant not just to athletes but to all people—our body’s electrical activity is fundamentally linked to our well-being. Each ATP molecule acts like a tiny battery, storing and releasing energy for cells. While this is a complex chemical process, it can be simplified as follows: our body’s electrical charge is a critical component of overall health.
FreeFlow™ training is an integral part of the Kehoäly® Body Intelligence® Method. The basics can be learned in a few months, and advanced practitioners combine it with Kehoäly® relaxation exercises and nervous system-strengthening techniques. Simultaneous practice of these three areas marks an advanced Kehoäly® practitioner, and with regular training, mastery can be achieved within a few years.
